Our peer supporters are people who use their experience of recovery from mental health disorders to support others in recovery. We teach skills and offer supports to help people experiencing mental health challenges lead meaningful lives in the community.
Cupcakes & Conversations
Cupcakes & Conversations
A support group event created to encourage open dialogue about mental health which creates a platform for individuals to share stories, information and empowerment through conversation.
We meet on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese healing art technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Reiki gently balances and calms the emotions, restores self-worth and gives back a sense of purpose.
Reiki relieves stress & anxiety.

Nature Walks
Mindfulness
Nature Walks
"Walk it Out" was created for individuals who are looking for alternative or complimentary tools to assist with the holistic approach to healing (mind, body & spirit).
We practice mindfulness while walking in nature, allowing our minds to come back to the present moment and keep in touch with the real world.
